Help Desk

Thank you for using our Help Desk system to enter a Technology work order!

The process is simple and you will be able to view all work orders you have submitted at anytime to add comments, check the status and communicate more effectively with the Technology Department and your technician. The system will email you when changes are made to your ticket to keep you informed about what is happening with your work order.
  1. Go to
  2. Log in using your Active Directory username and password.
  3. Click the New button
  4. Enter all required information
  5. Click Submit.
If you reply to any message from it will be added to your ticket as a comment. The Help Desk or a technician will contact you if more information is needed.
